Take it to GAME/Gamestation/ComputerXchange and find out.

Or better yet, eBay it.

put on ebay with min bid of 180 pounds

Take a few photos, then just write the details about the model of the console on the sale page. You can then upload the images, with the best one being used for the main picture that people see while searching.

Then, set the payment methods you want to accept. Usually, people prefer Paypal, which is instantaneous and goes directly into your Paypal account, linked to your bank account. If you don't use Paypal, then you can also request a cheque for payment I believe.

Set a reserve price, and then open the item for bidding. I would recommend a reserve of around 180-200, as they are not sold any longer and are sought-after thanks to the backwards compatability allowing them to run PS2 games.

Be honest with the item condition, when posting on EBay. I noticed you said the item is unboxed, which I assume means it has been used quite regularly. Make sure you specify this when selling.

Maybe add some of your games to sweeten the deal.

What do you do when someone has actually brought something from you ? How do you get it to them ???

I dont have a clue, correct me if im wrong but i think it is sent in the post

Yeah you can send it via the post by going to the post office or you can get a courier to come to your house and collect it but that costs abit of money. Have you thought of going to somewhere like game where they might trade in your PS3 and games for an Xbox? If you are selling on Ebay make sure to research the cost of postage or you could end up charging less than it will actually cost, happened to me once :(

Think ill sell on Ebay, not sure yet, will bear that in mind thankyou (H)

Firstly sell it on ebay. Secondlay, sell the games separately.

If he put it up last night he wont know yet, It will be around 4-7 days (probably) before it is sold..
I put my ps3 on ebay 2 months ago and got £193 but it has a huge scratch on the casing so I was quite happy with it :)

firstly keep ps3 :P

ps3 is better in everything apart from the connection which you would expect as you have to pay yearly and have to buy the xbox router

Just your opinion. I currently have both but never play the ps3 as the xbox is much better. At times the ps3 is unplayable online because of the lag

Im getting the new (ish) 250GB xbox, so i dont believe you need a router, it is wireless :)
