What is the cheapest I can sign him for? I think Santos were asking for 40M!!! ... does it depend on what time you start the game? (start of english season/ start of other season) ??

I'm currently managing Shakhtar Donetsk and Neymar cost me £12 million, I was a bit unsure with the price tag at first but I'm really glad I bought him, he's got me 18 goals in 22 apperances and form's a great partnership with Eduardo. Seriously consider buying him.
