Ferguson steps down from Man UnitedSir Alex Ferguson has today retired from his role at Manchester United, BBC Sport can confirm. In his time at Old Trafford, Sir Alex has won the Premier League on numerous occasions, whilst winning the biggest club trophy in Europe - the Champions League. Speculation has already started about his replacement, with David Moyes and Jose Mourinho the biggest names among the rumours.
Connor appointed as new manager
Terry Connor has surpsiginly been appointed as new manager of Manchester United, by the Glazers. A member of the Glazers said, "We've done a lot of research. After looking at his performances with Wolverhampton Wanderers, this lad shows a lot of potential - I'd rate him similarly to David Moyes." Can Terry Connor lead the Red Devils to more success?
