how to train him to be succesful i want to buy him for my blackpool team for the premiership and it says **** be a leading premiership goal keeper and they want only 4 mill for him and hes young.

hes class!! just play him in cup games etc and get ur keeper to tutor him

Keep him with you for 2-3 years and have your main Keeper tutor him. Custom design a training schedule for him and focus on on the key area's (Positioning, Agility, Handling. ect)

Make sure he is the Keeper playing in all the reserve games as you need to make sure he is kept match fit for the 1st team games he will be playing in.

I personally play my protégé in all European group stage matches, domestic cup ties and against promoted opposition. After 1-2 years of training, try get him loaned out to Premier League teams (as a 1st team member obviously.) 2-3 years worth of loans and he should be ready to step up.
