Title says it all really maybe some generous people out there would tell me what i should be doing in terms of preparation before a match.

Completely depends on the opposition eg. if you are playing a team you are expected to beat: Go for attacking movement. If you playing against a big physical team (Like Stoke): go for defending set pieces.

I mean stuff like the team report and talk about opposition players as well as talking to the media and my own players because i dont do much of it at the moment and someone said that its more important on this game.

P.S On a side note my goalkeepers keep doing this thing where they come out to about 40 yards and when an opposition player comes to get the ball of them they panic clearing it to another opposition player who then shoots and scores from 45+ yards to my count joe hart has done it 4 times this season with me drawing or losing all four. Most recently against one of my title rivals chelsea it was a good shot from lampard though.
