How the **** do I work magic with West Ham

Follwing my sacking from spurs in which from 3 seasons I won: fa cup, Cl league and Priemership, I have the hard task of managing West Ham **** Ultimatium. I have a transfer fund of 10m, I am more clueless than Woy Hodgson., today I played five games and won 3/5 beating the likes of Aston Villa, Reading and Bolton, however this was followed by a 6-2 drubbing by Arsenal, and 4-0 by my former club. What can I do to improve
