How to add new leagues that are not in the game.

Hi,

I want to be able to play the Evo Stik league in FM13. However, i don't have a clue what to do after finding the link someone has posted to it. I'm on a Mac and do not know how extract the .dbc file then where to put it. Any help would be much appreciated!
