How to arrange a meeting ?

Thomas Vermaelen is worried by the lack of discipline in the squad and has requested to hold a meeting. How do I go about this ?

Go to your captain, and in his player interaction there is an option for a team meeting.

I just tried that, no interaction for a meeting. Just preferred moves, recommendation, and comment on form... :/

Edit: Oh, well maybe this is an actual problem then. Is it possible to organise a meeting via the interaction screen of the player who is unhappy?

this is mostly for when players are concerned that the team is under-performing (from my experience anyway)

I got a problem similar to the OP's, my star player dislikes my assistant manager and wants to have a meeting but I can't organise it. Oh well...
