How to ask assistant manager to do u18 and reserve jobs?

I want my assistant to handle everything there simply I have completely no interest, but even after i ticket letting him take control of the game and everything, when there is a u18/reserve game, i will still be taken to the managing page/ watch full game/and select line up stuff which i dun really care cuz i ust wanna manage to senior team!

HOW THE F can i skip this useless game that i dont care like u18 and reserve/? TY

uncheck control team in Reserve and U18.

Team Settings - Set Reserve/U18s to be managed by whichever staff member you choose. That should work.
