I spent three seasons at Juventus, winning a *Scudetto* in my second year. Then, craving a new challenge, I moved to Bristol City, who were sitting 12th in the Championship table at the time. After a few matches, I had climbed to 8th place; however, I then lost two games, morale plummeted, and I entered a continuous losing streak that saw us drop to third-to-last—just one point behind the team in 17th place. I resigned out of sheer frustration at being unable to fix the players' morale; the entire squad was showing "orange" morale, with a few players even in the "red."

How do you go about boosting morale?

Praise their training whenever you can, don't think there is another way. And don't make them do thing's they don't want, like a different position, role or excess training.
