How to buy an Italian player in Co-ownership with an English team

Im currently playing with Middlesbrorugh and i got promoted to the prem , so i found some italian wonderkids that wanted to go to my team , so i checked them and they were on co-ownership , so i made two offers (50% to club 1 , the other 50% to club 2) and they were accepted , but then it says "In negotiations with Middlesbrough but doesnt appear nothing to offer contract or something like that , any help with this?

Co-ownership can only be between two Italian clubs. If both offers we're accepted then you should be able to offer a contract. Are you sure both clubs accepted a bid? :s
