how to buy the players when commenting doesn't work?

hi..been trying to get either tevez or torres..however, whenever im commenting on them,they would just take it with a pinch of salt..how to unsettle them? Also, i would want to be favoured personnel with my some players in my national team..does commenting on them works?

wow, what team are you in the 1st place? tevez and torres are pretty high profile players and dont really want to leave their clubs tbh. i think you're better off looking at other more realistic targets
