how to change league start ?

Hi. Is there any option in FM editor, which changes league start ? I didn't find any.
For example Russia. They start their league season in spring and end in autumn. I'd like to have start in autumn and end in spring, like English Premier League, Primera Division, etc...

Nope its set into the game... you'd have to basically re-create the whole of russian football to change all the rules and start times ETC will take a very long time
