How to change the size of the database ?

Hello,
When I load a new game, where is the option to change the database size from small to large ?
I can't seem to find it anywhere. When I click a new game, the countries and leagues load first, then once I've selected a team etc the database says small, how do i pick a larger one?

Its on the League Pick screen, down in the Corner above the Game Speed Star Rating, it also allows you to customize your database to whatever you want (add specific nation players etc).

Thanks, when I start a new game, I choose my nations, then the game goes to a blank screen that has the number of players at the bottom left, computer speed in the middle etc. Then I click next and says " You have chosen X Leagues in Y countries"
For some reason, I'm not seeing the screen that lets me pick the Leagues or my database.
