How to Download Football Manager 2015 Editor?

I have a question regarding the FM 2015 Data Editor. Where can I get it? I have FM 2015 on Steam, but I don't see any FM 2015 Editor in the "Tools" section.

You go with the mouse arrow on LIBRARY, then select TOOLS and search FOOTBALL MANAGER 2015 EDITOR

Try restarting your Steam. It's definitely in the Tools section if you got the game.

Problems with editor

Hey there I need help with the editor, when I load it when I move my cursor onto the program it disappears and I cannot see it anyone with a fix for this?
