How To Find Editor

I've been on you tube & that watching people loading new leagues to the game though a lot of people seem to have editor I've looked for it but there's no sign of editor, does anybody know where editor is. do need stream or something,

On the three thats listed though I'm not sure which one I've got I haven't got stream for sure. So I'm not sure. I thinking about calling the company & asking about it.
