I'm missing out on the most enjoyable part of the game. I usually just buy players recommended to me by other FM players, or players that i already knew. How do I go about finding my own young talent? I never send my scouts on assignments as I'm kind of unsure why/how. Does anybody have any guides on how to find good young players/regens
