How to find players who won't request wages?

Hi, as the title states I'm doing a Conference South long term game and at the moment I'm looking to offload players who have high wage bills but aren't particularly great and replace them with players who don't have wage requirements and are young/better suited statistically. How would I go about finding these sorts of players? From what I can see there aren't any filters for that, specifically, unless I'm missing something obvious.

Also, are physical stats the only real important stats in lower leagues or do you still want some sort of balance with technical stats important to the position too?
