How to gain confidence?

I'm with Newcastle 2014, 6th in the Prem after being promoted two seasons ago. Everythings been going fine except for one thing, my team is incredibly streaky. Win 7 on the trot and then suddenly one loss and everything goes down the drain and I start to slip down the table..

Do any of you guys have suggestions on how to regain confidence in the team after one loss so that the horrible form doesn't continue for a long period of time?
