I decided to set up this forum because I have noticed a lot of people saying things like "I have a coach with 20 on tactics but he only has 3 stars when you assign him to tactics" that's beacuse he may lack in other attributes mainly determination,discipline and motivation.

I know this is for 2009 very very very similar maybe even the same formula
Remember:
* means multiply
/ means divide
