Ihave tried this a few times and have struggled does anyone have any knowledge on who to sign or what tactics to play or anything

3-5-2 works well In lower league because everyone plays 4-4-2.

could someone do like a guide??

because i have the same problem as you footy4life89

I can give some tips. Currently playing in the champions league with Havant!

Make sure are able to get as much money as you can, improving your infrastructure is a must, stadium, facilities etc. Ensure you are below your wage budget as going into debt is a big problem, getting the best possible run in the cups helps with your finances.
Within the lower leagues, I suggest buying young pacey players all over the pitch, especially your wingers and strikers. You are able to get some good quality on frees from Under 21 sides. Just search these through (Wales, Ireland, Spain, Austria) Etc. European sides as you won't be able to get players from Brazil due to work permits. I would suggest filtering under 20 and International caps (Atleast 1/10), you may find some gems.
For formation, ensure you use width to your best advantage as it is key in lower leagues, the formation i used to the championship was a 4-3-3 formation. This is because it gives good cover and is lethal on the break. Don't worry about home and away formations in the lower leagues.
Any questions, just ask!

The back four are as standard

LCM - Ball Winning Midfielder - Support
CM - Deep Lying Playmaker - Support
RCM - Box To Box Midfielder - Support

STCL - Advanced Forward - Attack
STC - Trequartista - Attack
STCR - Poacher - Attack

Hope this helps.

I find the best way to play in the lower leagues is with a very direct style, nothing to fancy and make sure you try and purchase the best players available (free transfers are the best).

ive found that ive had success with a 4-2-2-2 formation if yopui have fast wingers and expliot the slow pace of the non league

I started in the BSP with Luton. I just played a really straightforward 4-4-2, a bit of tweeking here and there but nothing major.

I always try to get the best loan players in I can, in key positions. I also try and make sure they're not little 17 year olds either, around 20-21 ideally. I had a lot of joy with "Players in England released from clubs" when it pops up on the news screen, scout them all because you can get some good young players for nothing and low-ish wages. I have a few in my squad that are solid and worth between 300-600k now.
If you're in desperate need for a player in a certain position I always go to assistant advice -team report, the players they'll suggest won't win you the league but will more often than not do a job.

My progress so far:
2010/11:Blue Square Premier - 1st. FA Trophy - Winners
2011/12: League 2 - 15th
20112/13: League 2 - 2nd
2013/14: League 1 - 7th
2014/15: League 1 - 3rd (playoff winners)
2015/16: Championship - 18th (after 20 games)

Mine's not such a meteoric rise as some peoples, but it's steady enough.

well what are you looking for? There is no secret, you just win matches and get promoted? There is no keyboard shortcut, cheat tactic or cheat player that will make it happen, you just need **** loads of time.

or FMRTE I guess
