All you need to do is open editor and follow my screenshots. It doesn’t remove work permits but grants it to everyone regardless age, potential or international caps.

All that you are doing is changing it to weekly wage and putting it to 0 therefore meaning anyone you want to sign can get a work permit. Hope this helps everyone.
