How to get Decent transfer fees?

I want to sell one or two players to help get money for my new squad. Jermain Beckford is one, 40 goals last season. Becchio is another. How do I get good transfer fees for these guys? Any tips?

if beckfords hitting 40 a season id just keep him for another season and get rid of becchio. In my first season i got rid of becchio and loaned in freddy sears and he and beckford were playing well together.

to get a good fee for ecchio offer him to clubs at a higer price than his value and see how high you can go before teams lose interest. Keep negioting teams bids basically

pretty much i have found just offer to clubs. set it quite high at the beginning and clubs may come calling. the thing i find really annoying in my game is when i loan out a player with a huge future fee and then they reject the offer based on salary. i had heinze on a future fee of 10 million but he rejected it from tottenham, had to sell him for 3.6 in the end.
