how to get good affiliated club?

i have been in charge of Fenerbahçe since 2014. i won a lot of success like champions league cup, league cups etc. board have built stadium for me. but my boardroom cant find good feeder club for my club. these clubs have average,below youth academy and etc. and board havent gave that responsibility to me (to find feeder club on my on) what can i do?
