How to get my Striker to score more? I have alot of shots and shots on target but my striker never scores? maybe its my midfield problem?

If you're committed to playing the 4-2-3-1 formation, then this might not help you - although you could still get some useful info from it. But the 4-4-1-1 formation that I use is heavy on the goals for the front man, the No.10 (especially) and both wingers - and if you rotate quality players, even more so:

Try instructing him to shoot less maybe? This will mean that he ll only shoot when real opportunity.

Also try turning the supporting if into a winger. Then make the wb behind him automatic and tell the winger to stay wide.

Fierro might not get enough through passes to run onto, since you only have one AP. Your AP is forced to feed passes not only to your forward, but your IF's too. I'd personally change them into wingers, so Fierro can get as much support as possible.

If he is running wide with the ball he wont be in position to score once he makes the pass take that off

I use pass shorter, roam, dribble less and tackle harder, for a poacher he shouldnt have to worry about marking anyone tightly his main focus is only getting in scoring positions
