My fellow managers,
In FM 2010 i stack too long with one team, i let my wage go high and then even with one year unemployed i wouldnt be offered a job
unless the team was in the top 10 richest clubs. For FM 2011 i plan on going through teams.
Apart from keeping your wage low is there anything else you can do?
(I assume your good performance is taken for granted) I noticed in FM 2010 that when i had several years left in my contract a team would
approach me mid season whereas when i was on my last they wouldn't bother. Anyone has any suggestions?
