How to get the best of Neymar?

Hello Guys

I'm currently managing Aston Villa for the 3rd season (2012/13) and I managed to get Neymar at the summer of 2012. Now I'm in January 2013 and he's not playing like I was looking for. So I'm wondering how can I get him to his best, like what tactic/position/training schedule/etc should I use ?
