How to get the best out of Aguero!?

I've recently started a Manchester City Profile and have attempted to use my own tactic and for once it is actually working!! played 9 friendlies only conceding 1 goal and so far beat man united twice 3-0 and 2-0 and also beating everton and newcastle 2-0 the the only problem being i cant seem to get aguero to perform!! any tips would be greatly apreciated

my most successfull season ever on fm 11 had aguero as a adv fwd set with the following View attachment 205350

Partnerd with a dlf he got me 40+ a season after a season to settle.

It was a mixture of laffles but tweaked and raikan`s man utd tactic that got me total domination over 5 seasons with this mans goals helping a ton.

What Lazlow said. Or just train him in finishing for a year straight and set him as the poacher role in Raikan's might and magic tactic. He works great with a striker partner.
