How to get the best out Paulo Henrique?

Im in my second season with Sunderland and signed Paulo Henrique, whats the best way 2 play him?(H)

Had him for 6 seasons at Spurs and although his average match rating is around 7, he doesn't get many goals or assists. I play him as Advanced playmaker support, in a 4-2-3-1.

The good thing is, Barca and Real have both been chasing him since the season after I signed him, and I reckon I could get 50million for him still.

Thomas Muller on the other hand, doesn't have as good stats, but when he is in my team, we win.

Just give him freedom and play him in his natural position attacking mid and he will ruin teams. I also trained I'm to play attacking right, use him there as advanced playmaker, he cuts in side and play killer passes.
