How to give individual instructions?

Hi,

I'm new ro the game and I've been using standard tactics.
Would like to go one stpe further an assign different instructions for each player, different from the team instructions.

I can use the sliders for team instructions, but did not found yet how to change instructions for each player (for example mentality, passing, etc.) but when I select player instructions, I get a greyed screen and can´t acess the sliders.

I'm probably making something stupid...could you help please? Give me some hints on how to access.

there's little arrows next to the players name......... click on them arrows the you'll be able to tinker with the sliders!!!

there shud be a lil round hole to the left of the mentality and passing ect. just click the round hole and it will put a tick in it and then that will let you move the slide bar
