How to give myself a cash boost with a lower league club

Im looking to start a new league on Fm15 with a lower league team. Probably sky bet league 1. Before I start my season I want to use the editor to give myself some money to play with while I learn the new game/tactics etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't want to be fined or docked points

the only thing you could do for now will be adding some more managers and taking over teams like man u, chelsea psg ect and buying your useless players from your league one team for silly money

why cant I just use the Data Editor
