I like to avoid big contracts. It's a matter of how I intend football... if a player asks too much, I sell him and buy some hot prospects. I'm more into Udinese or Arsenal way of handling players, but unlike in reality, I do win 
I find it much more rewarding to have a youngster develop all the way through my youth squad to first team and see his value rise than buy already world-class players.
