How to improve Suarez's finishing?

Im having a really hard time getting Suarez to score. He just blasts the ball over the goal or shoots directly at the keeper.
Im trying to get him to place his shots but he looks reluctant to learn. Also trying to increase his composure and finishing but so far no luck.
Any tips?

Play him as a trequartista. He scored 30 goals a season for me that way.

I am playing him as trequartista. Scored 13 overall which isn't bad but overall that's a very low percentage of his shots hitting the net.

I also don't understand why he doesn't grow as a player, he's still pretty young and has a lot of potential but SI just blocked his progress.
