how to improve this team?

Finished 6th in the season just gone and some 15 points off 5th place, nobody can budge the top 5 and was wondering how i could improve this team in my sunderland save?

I use devastator v6 tactic and im currently in 2018 going into the 2019/2020 season

I have 46 million to spend and 1.3 wage budget

Got majority of these players from them being at big clubs and become unhappy and transfer listed so therefore got them cheaper...

Finally in europe so hopefully get some better quality players.

Dude since you are 2020, I suggest you start looking for regens to strengthen your squad

If AI sells them cheap then there’s some reason for it

As has been said look for regens especially now you are in 2020. Most well known players will be at their peak and therefore out of your price range or past it.
