interaction and then start preferred move training and then choose the coach who is most applicable.
If its an attacking move,choose the attacking coach etc.
If player is young,choose coach with good work with youngster.
Motivation andd determination on the coach should play a part-not sure if it does,but I usually choose the ones that have it,more chances of them learning the ppm.
