How to insall updates

I insalled Football Manager not using steam, I have downloaded the recent update. How do I go about installing this.
I apologise because im sure this has been asked before. but apreciate any help as i used to use steam.

Download the Patch from HERE, then, once downloaded, you run like a program. Let it extract the files, then, click install when prompted.
