How to instant result?

Been playing FM for years now and alot of people talk about instant result over watching a game, was just wondering how you do this? As I really have no idea. Cheers lads

If you're in FMC the option is there to instant result games.

If you're in FM full mode i think theirs a FMC Skin you can download to get the instant result option.

In full mode you can download a crack just to get the instant result button. You dont have to download the full FMC skin.

Ahhh right can I upload the skin midway through my current saved game? And if so how the **** do I do it hahaa

if you want to instant result in FMC without assistant manager changing your tactics:
-create a match plan, select "no presect"
-set your mentality, fluidity and the time for substitutions
