Hi, I was just wondering if there was a way to speak to the board about a potential transfer?
Usually there is an option on the right of the 'transfer offer' window with a button saying 'interact with board' when you don't have enough transfer budget. Falcao has been transfer listened in my Man Utd save and I want to buy him however there isn't an option to speak to the board?
