How to make a British League Cup

I was wondering if someone could help me with this, I'm wanting to have all playable British Teams to play in a British League Cup, to replace the league cups of each country. How would I go about making a British Cup, then adding the teams to it? Thanks

You would need to re-build the league systems for whatever country you choose to use for your GB leagues.

Then change the "Current Division" for all teams who you wish to be in those divisions.
