How to make Bale and Hazard Perform in the same team?

Hey guys.
Had a good first season with Chelsea where Willian and Hazard went crazy. So i sold Willian to city for 55 Million Pound, and amazingly i managed to sign G. Bale from Real for 45 million Pound?? Im very Hyped about Bale i really love him.

Now how do you make two inside forwards perform?? - The other year Willian was a winger?? Right now i have

DMC -Matic - DMC Anchorman
MC - Pogba - Box to Box ?? - Any tips for pogba by the way?? doesnt seem to perform at all compared to his stats?
OMC -Oscar/Fabre - Advanced Playmaker
Inside forward Support - Hazard
Inside forward Attack - Bale
Poacher - Costa/Remy

My inside forwards doesnt seem to perform right now?? What do i do?? do i change the striker to a F9 to make more space for my inside forwards?

What are you TI's?

I have Pogba at Chelsea and play him as Box2Box with "shoot more" on player instructions.
I also play Hazard as IF - Attack and he bags me 40+goals per season.

Overlaps from my fullbacks
shorter passing
Pass Into space
play out of defence
Drill crosses
Stick to positions
hassle opponents
Be more expressive
