How to make game windowed boarderless?

I've got a dual monitor set up and like to browse forums and watch videos whilst on FM, but I can't stand the boarders around the game in windowed mode so really want to make windowed mode boarderless.

I've tried start-up commands like -noboarder and -sw -noboarder but to no avail. I've also tried shiftwindow but that doesn't work either, anyone know a way to make it boarderless? Thanks in advance guys
