How to make play-off like in USA

Hi,
I wanted to create play-offs like in the MLS with two conferences, but the problem is I don't know how. I wanted to apply this in Spain, so that Barça and Real are in different conferences and that the best 4 or 6 will then compete in playoffs to win the title. I created sub-divisions for the Liga BBVA, but it didn't work as I can't split the teams in two differents groups. Does anybody know how I can do this or is it impossible with the editor

It's impossible with the editor to make an American-style conference system. You could split La Liga into sub-divisions with play-offs at the end. Just duplicate La Liga twice, then put the teams of the La Liga into the 2 sub-divisions!
