How to make Pogba perform?

Hello guys
Currently have Pogba in my Chelsea team (Second season) bought him first season, still he doesnt seem to perform even through he has AMAZING stats.

I play him in a 4-2-3-1 as a MC i have tried him as both Central midfielder - Attack and Box to box with more long shots, but he wont seem to perform?

SS of tactics and instructions would help. Who's playing alongside him, what role are they playing as?

He's a beast in my Chelsea save so hopefully I can help.
