How to make the most of set pieces

In fm14 ,in order to make the mind of monaco's chairman's boss I chose all the philosophies they liked. One of them was score goal from set pieces. But mine scores none. The results arent very pleasing and this philosophy could take my job.
Is their any way to make more goals scored from set-pieces??? Or any tactics which have a good set piece???

BTW my all midfielders and striker have good attributes in set pieces but it wont result goals then too.

i had that problem too, and perhaps my team was the best in the league for goal scored from set pieces the board was ****** with me, i think there is a bug or something with this, however they'll not sack you for that, maybe try to convince them to remove it

It I have just started my job thee and they are reluctant to remove it but iwil try it at the end of season. Hopefully they will not sack me till then .Thanks for the advice
