how to make the windows bar appear while playing fm

this is random but i have noticed that on some screenshots people have the windows bar thingy down the bottom of the screen while theyre playing football manager, my computer doesnt do this and i was just wondering how

You have to put it onto windowed mode.

you can press alt and tab to flick back to another window, if you dont want it in windowed mode.
