How to make young players beasts??

OK I've got some young players like Babacar,Wilshere,Vrsaljko etc.All of them have great prospects for the feature but how to make them beast?Is it just training?(BTW,I've got Barcelona)Thanks ;)

Tutoring (make sure the mentor has the fitting personality), game time, loaning out if not good enough. Training, trainers, morale etc.

Sorry, that's all I can give.
 
Traning(Barcelona have good coaches and training facilities,so don't worry)
Tutoring
Play Time(at least 10 game/season)
Loan Out for game time
and you post in wrong place,i think you should post in Player section

ps:btw some Barcelona coaches is bad,look at 4* coaches thread
