how to make young talents to get better(wonderkids)?

hi everyone...:p
in hear i want to know how made young player attribute become better other then put them in each game....
hope we discuss...tq:p
 
-Youth training schedules and better first team training schedules (i would recommend downloading Tug's Training.
-Match personalities or favoured personel when pairing tutors.
-Loans to smaller clbs first team football is essential to player development.

I know these are obvious but i'm just getting the ball rolling :)
 
Also use you're top class players like Cristiano Ronaldo to Tutor them.
Get alot better Youth Accademy/Reserves Accademy
