I Use 3 different tactics for my team, a 4-2-3-1, a 3-4-3 and a 4-1-3-2 strikerless. I train all my player to suit different position and roles for each tactic. My issue is that i often switch tactic during games and i cant fin out how they can get the positin i want without having to move them around.
I have rebuilding my 3-4-3 but always my inside forward become a defender... anyway to sort this issue?
