How to offer a contract to a youngster who does not want to negotiate ?

Hello everyone,

I have tried changing the staff responsibilities but my chairman is offering quite low contract to youngsters. Therefore, i cannot bring them to my club despite the fact that player's club has already accepted the bid.

Is there any other way ?

I'd be extremely grateful.

Try declaring interest for them before approaching to sign them on a contract. I have had succes with this method a couple of times, when the player didn't wanted to enter contract talks.

Thank you very much but it is not working at all. A player from Swansea is rejecting Liverpool.

If these are new youth intake players then the vast majority aren't interested in leaving their club when they are generated, so it's much harder to "steal" youth like in previous versions
