How to play Papiss Cissé

I'm M'Gladbach and I got Cissé to be the experience and the tutor of Yaya Sanogo and Carlos Fierro.

But he's currently performing VERY bad (5/10 stuff). I'm playing him as a poacher in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Play him as a target man. The main reason my be that he tends not to play well by him self up front. It would be better if he had a partner.

if your playing him as poacher try lowering his creative freedom right down and wide play cut inside should keep him in the right part of the pitch more

Lone striker, as poacher is pretty good, but the other way if you already have a brilliant finisher or someone who has a really high work rate than play cisse as target man and the other guy as either poacher or deep lying forward alongside him
